Ron Andreoli joined Bead Industries as Director of Manufacturing in 2000 and successfully focused on streamlined the organization. He assumed responsibility for electronics sales and was promoted to President in 2007. He currently oversees Bead Electronics' growth initiatives and offshore manufacturing partnerships while managing the day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Bead, Ron held various engineering and management positions at a microwave transmission hardware manufacturer, Radio Frequency Systems, in Wallingford, CT. Ron holds degrees in electrical engineering and business management. He is an avid boater and is interested in historic preservation.
Matt joined Bead in September 2019 with the direction of preparing the company for rapid growth in a very competitive electronic interconnect industry. Hunter has advanced engineering and management degrees from Boston University and twenty plus years of experience in manufacturing management in the industrial and aerospace industries. He has a proven track record from previous roles of delivering improved efficiency, increased utilization and higher margins.
Lou Guerci joined Bead in 2015 to lead electronic sales and marketing efforts. He has more than 20 years of experience in the electronics and technology sector, working at Winchester Electronics, Amphenol and Teradyne. Lou has held a various role in marketing, operations and engineering roles like Global Director of Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Manager and Global Account Manager. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He enjoys supporting his children with their sports and activities, trying the latest craft beer or boutique wine with his wife and escaping to New Hampshire for a long weekend.
Tom Noack joined Bead in May 2016 to grow sales and develop new business across the electronics market. He has 25 plus years of experience in the interconnect and electronics industries, Tom has been in leadership positions within sales and business development at companies such as Autosplice, Advanced Interconnections and ERNI Electronics.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from College of the Holy Cross and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He enjoys running and swimming, being poolside with his family and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies, his kids' alma mater.
Leah began working with the family business in April 2011 and works for both Bead Industries and McGuire Manufacturing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bead . She is a graduate of the University of Alaska - Anchorage with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising. Leah has over 20 years of field related experience across multiple industries. She as held positions including Senior Account Executive for Providence Health System as well as Development Director for a non-profit women's shelter. Leah is an avid Alaskan fisherman returning every year for the Sockeye runs and enjoys Connecticut gardening and spending time with her family.
Sylvia Pessin joined the company in 2013, bringing over 10 years of marketing knowledge and account management to the Bead team. Her previous role as Customer Relationship Manager was to streamline internal processes surrounding the customer experience. Currently, Sylvia manages the IT and ERP database functions at Bead to ensure system productivity and efficiency. She provides internal training, support and development of system reports to measure business processes.
Sylvia and her husband love to travel and enjoy craft beer and walking with their kids and dog along the Connecticut shoreline.
Alana joined Bead in 2013, bringing with her several years of experience in accounting and family business. She started as Accounting/HR Coordinator but developed into Supply Chain Specialist in 2017, where she was responsible for purchasing, vendor management, materials planning and production scheduling. In 2018, she became Production Supervisor and now oversees the shop floor. Alana received a bachelor's degree from Albertus Magnus in Business Management and is an active member of APICS, holding certifications in CSCP and SCOR-P.
Alana actively volunteers for several non-profits including the Long Island Bulldog Rescue and the Boys and Girls Club. She resides in Milford with her own rescue bulldogs, Max and Ruby.
Michelle MacKeil joined Bead Industries as HR/Office Coordinator in June 2017. In addition to her HR and Office responsibilities, Michelle works directly with the CFO on various Accounting work. She has more than 12 years’ experience in relationship management and administrative support functions. Prior to joining Bead, she worked at a property management company where she wore many hats; including overseeing the corporate insurance program and serving as primary point of contact for IT support. Michelle holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut. She spends her free time running after her two young sons and escaping to the beach.
Jerry joined Bead in 2010, bringing with him 25 years of experience in machine design, automation, process development and process control. He currently moves Bead forward in the areas of quality improvement and new process development as well as updating and maintaining current production equipment.
Jerry is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He enjoys time with his family, golf, street rods and riding motorcycles.
