Lou Guerci joined Bead in 2015 to lead electronic sales and marketing efforts. In 2020, he was promoted to President where he will continue to build customer relationships as well as lead the company to be more innovative, successful and profitable through growth and acquisition. He has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics and technology sector, working at Winchester Electronics, Amphenol and Teradyne. Lou has held a various role in marketing, operations and engineering roles like Global Director of Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Manager and Global Account Manager. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He enjoys supporting his children with their sports and activities, trying the latest craft beer or boutique wine with his wife and escaping to New Hampshire for a long weekend.
Aric St. Germain brings 20 years of manufacturing experience to Bead. He has extensive experience in manufacturing supervision, ISO, Lean, ERP systems, managing production schedules and supply chain management. Prior to joining Bead, Aric was the Operations Manager for 2 facilities at Matrix Aerospace Corporation. Under Aric’s direction, Matrix returned to profitability while improving output and customer satisfaction. He has also held positions such as Materials & Sourcing Manager for O.F. Mossberg & Sons as well as Purchasing Manager / Master Scheduler for Microboard Processing. Aric lives in Shelton with his wife and four children. He’s a football fan and DIY enthusiast and typically has several remodeling projects in the works at his home and the homes of others.
David Brenton had been consulting for Bead on special projects since 2011 and joined the company in 2018. He brings over 40 years of experience in metal forming design and manufacturing. David has previous experience in leadership positions from both engineering and business. He guides the company’s new product development and oversees the implementation of new manufacturing technology. He enjoys playing ice hockey and supporting his daughter's sports activities.
Tom Noack joined Bead in May 2016 to grow sales and develop new business across the electronics market. He has 25 plus years of experience in the interconnect and electronics industries, Tom has been in leadership positions within sales and business development at companies such as Autosplice, Advanced Interconnections and ERNI Electronics. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from College of the Holy Cross and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He enjoys running and swimming, being poolside with his family and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies, his kids' alma mater.
Gerardo Vera joined Bead Electronics in 2018 to contribute with 20 years of experience leading business in Mexico. An experienced sales person with proven track record of revenue growth, innovative selling strategies and customer satisfaction especially with Interconnection companies like TE Connectivity, Autosplice and Sanmina Cable Assy Division. He gained leadership experience while managing sales teams across multiple regions and industries in Latin America market. Gerardo enjoys running and playing soccer during his free time, always dedicating time to his family - his most precious asset.
MJ joined Bead in October 2018 to support company growth initiatives and retain legacy business. He has fifteen plus years of multi-industry experience in driving growth and providing customer satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Boston College. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and the occasional round of golf.
Sylvia Pessin joined the company in 2013, bringing over 10 years of marketing knowledge and account management to the Bead team. Her previous role as Customer Relationship Manager was to streamline internal processes surrounding the customer experience. Currently, Sylvia manages the IT and ERP database functions at Bead to ensure system productivity and efficiency. She provides internal training, support and development of system reports to measure business processes. Sylvia and her husband love to travel and enjoy craft beer and walking with their kids and dog along the Connecticut shoreline.
Alana joined Bead in 2013, bringing with her several years of experience in accounting and family business. She started as Accounting/HR Coordinator but developed into Supply Chain Specialist in 2017, where she was responsible for purchasing, vendor management, materials planning and production scheduling. In 2018, she became Production Planner for the shop floor. Alana received a bachelor's degree from Albertus Magnus in Business Management and is an active member of APICS, holding certifications in CSCP and SCOR-P. Alana actively volunteers for several non-profits including the Long Island Bulldog Rescue and the Boys and Girls Club. She resides in Milford with her own rescue bulldogs, Max and Ruby.
Michelle MacKeil joined Bead as HR / Office Coordinator in June 2017. She has more than 12 years of experience in relationship management and administrative support functions. Prior to joining Bead, she worked at a property management company where she wore many hats; including overseeing the corporate insurance program and serving as primary point of contact for IT support. Michelle holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut. She spends her free time running after her two young sons and escaping to the beach.
Jerry joined Bead in 2010, bringing with him 25 years of experience in machine design, automation, process development and process control. He currently moves Bead forward in the areas of quality improvement and new process development as well as updating and maintaining current production equipment. Jerry is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He enjoys time with his family, golf, street rods and riding motorcycles.
Savanah Yelenik joined Bead as Accounting Specialist in May 2018. Savanah touches many departments within the company, by supporting the company's accounting and finance functions as well as process improvement. In addition to receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, she is working towards her Master of Accountancy through Scranton University. Prior to joining Bead, Savanah worked in the government sector of accounting and volunteered filing low income household taxes. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her pets and travel the world with her husband.
